Im sure many of you know who Avery Moss is but Ill sum it up for you. He is a former Husker football player who made a very poor choice of flashing a girl working at an on campus store. Yes I know he did it twice. (Even I put my face in my hand as I typed that). He we was in his freshman/Sophomore year when this happened. He was then banned from campus and was told that he would be allowed to appeal the ban if he kept his nose clean after one year which was up in December. He stayed out of trouble, worked a full time job and appealed the ban. The university then waited until 3 days until classes started to inform him the ban wouldnt be lifted. This now leaves him scrambling to figure out what he is going to do. He put his life on hold for an entire year when he could have taken the easy way out and transferred to another school to continued his education and playing career elsewhere.
