Im trying to sell my house out in the country. Its a good location. Has county water, nice lot. It needs work but Im sure the price Im asking will allow whoever buys it will be able to fix it up and have a really nice home. It has three bedrooms, the garage was converted into a bedroom with a shower in what used to be the utility closet. Has a good size living-dining area. Two bdrms upstairs with a full bath upstairs. Has a half bath downstairs with the shower in the bdrm. Nice kitchen with a bar that opens up to the living room. It is constructed with 2x6 walls. Therefore it is very well insulated. I never had to use the central heat. Always heated with a 5 block wall heater. And I usually just used two if the blocks. It sits on a concrete floor.
