Im very interested to see this. In 1996, to make the last mile home from school, I had to take an elementary school bus down Goshen Road with a bunch of screaming children. I usually walked home to avoid them. For some reason on this day, I waited for the bus. Had I walked home, I probably would have witnessed this murder (my bus drove by it about five minutes after it happened... there was one cop there). What followed was a two-day standoff, down the street from my parents house. We brought the cops donuts, to be funny! Still a very vivid memory of my teenage years. Excited to see Steve Carell portray Du Pont, and curious to see how this film will deal with the issues of mental illness, gun control, etc... As a side note, Toll Brothers was licking their chops as soon as this shit went down. I remember community meetings to fight the development. They lost...Foxcatcher Farm is currently being transformed into a plastic McMansion hellhole, by Toll Brothers.
