Ima wrap all my gratefuls into one here: I am grateful I didnt get MORE sunburned on Sunday. This is the worst sunburn Ive ever had. I have scabs on my forehead. Its UHGLY. I am miserable. But Im so glad I put 70 SPF on before I went out, I can only imagine how bad the pain would be if I hadnt! Im thankful I have access to a wonderful doctor who will be inspecting me for signs of skin cancer in the near future. And despite the pain, I am thankful for the awesome group of people who we spent last Sunday with on the river. Just a reminder to everyone that sunscreen needs to be reapplied ABOUT EVERY HOUR especially if you are in the water!!
