Imagine if you will, you put your smart phone away for a day. Youre not going to get any award or anything, just notice. As you sit and contemplate your day, notice how you want to update your status to let everyone know whats going on inside your head. Watch something funny on TV and notice how you want to Tweet about it. Witness someone making a fool of themselves at the Mall and notice how you want to take a video of it to share to the world. Watch a sunset and notice how you want to take a picture of it to share the beauty of it to all your friends. Notice how you have hundreds of friends you never talk to outside of social media. Also notice how I am guilty of this right now. Not saying its good or bad, but we are a plugged in society that needs constant interaction. Do you remember the last time you appreciated something with just yourself?
