Implementing lessons learned is so different from learning a lesson you cant say you have learned if you are not applying what you have learned....no clinical is needed if you can read it and no exam is needed if you have class...dont talk about it be about..dont say youve learned if you havent been taught physically,mentally,spiritually and emotionally....you just grew in one area and not as a whole...advisors just advise and dont learn..students learn but dont teach...teachers learn and teach what they have learned...leaders apply what they have taught and are willing to learn and also keep an open mind for growth
