In 1776, the United States was formed with a system of 5 governments: 1. The FAMILY GOVERNMENT 2. The TOWN GOVERNMENT 3. The COUNTY GOVERNMENT 4. The STATE GOVERNMENT 5. The FEDERAL GOVERNMENT Even though the first government I mentioned doesnt have a legal charter, I firmly believe it would be agreed upon by all Americans of any generation of Americans that THE FAMILY is the most sacred and honored government of all. It should be the LAST to be trampled on or trumped by the other four. EACH of the other four governments mentioned have a specific function and purpose. EACH has jurisdiction over specific duties. EACH has LIMITED POWER to perform within the boundaries of those legal jurisdictions. When any one of the 5 governments usurps power from the other 4 with might or legislation, it is time for a CHANGE BACK!!!!! Chet Tyson
