In NEO NAZI, RACIST, ANTI BLACK LOUISIANA where more people are locked up per capita than any other region IN THE WORLD 551 more laws were passed..... as if we needed more. Louisiana locks up a large portion of their black citizens, mostly on racial basis, they use cultural differences and pure white ignorance to justify it. I want to say 7 out of 10 black men in Louisiana have some kind of criminal record and to be honest with you I find there are more white criminals in that state than black ones. Its a shame that these people have to live in fear because of the color of their skin. No one should have to live like that
