In absolute agony feel like crying ,having twisted my ankle on the school run this morning and putting up with the excruciating pain of that all the way home ,very slowly may I add,I had it elevated for most of the day only for it to stiffen ache and shooting pain from one side of the ankle to the other 😢,now I have to draw upstairs to take Tara to bed on my one leg (which is badly bruised on the knee from fall) and my knee so painful so sore stinging tears 😢,really hope its ok in morning 😔
