In just briefly overhearing the news on my way to some other room, it sounded like net neutrality was a good thing. Of course I didnt have a clue what it really meant. Here in Ecuador, we need to purchase higher bandwidth. Which, because there is the possibility of eight potentially greedy users on that same line, could mean youve got bupkis bandwidth. So this straightened me out, AND made me laugh so hard I snorted coffee out my nose. Its long, but really worth watching.
