This is Phillip Metz, Aka Tigger here; coming to you with a new one for ya! I am not going to make you think about how much you need or want a home for your pet, as I usually attempt to do. Today, marks a special day. I was approached by an animal Rescue, attempting to purchase several homes from me to benefit the animals he / she rescues. Its a big project, and not something that is cheap. To start would cost a couple grand for something like this. Not extravagant, just safe and secure, for many. In reality, the biggest part of this is labor being I spend countless hours trying to make everything right so when I get kicked out, I have a place to go! **LoL** Seriously though. This is a good cause. Animals cant always take care of themselves and need people like this is their life. SO I am rejecting this job. Instead I will dedicate the entire project as a charity. Unfortunately I need help as well though. I have enough hardwood to build a foundation proper. And I have plenty of planks for flooring and underlining. Starting my business you can imagine I am broke as most are this time of year. But if we come together, we can move mountains. Here is a basic list of what Ill need below. All of it will cost a bundle together, but with enough people, put together, with what we already have, lying around, leaning up, buried deep or one isle over. We can build something to help protect these creatures. And keep the money thats donated to places like this where it belongs. In the animals, and in the lives that keep them safe and warm. This is an approx. List so more is better for just incase. If there is any left over I will begin another project dedicated to this cause. My fans, followers, and customers will decide the charity, unit, and cause. 4 lbs. Spax 2 Inch Construction Screws 2 DOZEN 1x2x8 boards No Cull though 30 1x4x8 boards (Cull is great! About 57cents per) 20 2x4x8or10 anything will work, cheaper the better 3 2x8x8 straight if possible, if not, Ill make it work 3 packages Shingles 8 Full length Vinyl siding (hard subject, matched would be best) 4 Full length Vinyl siding outside corner 2 sheets Hardy Board (size shape color, its all good) 3 rolls R-13 Insulation (Home Depot around 13 per 20% free) 3 boxes (18oz) ring Shank Panel board nails 4 Sheets underlinment ** Need to Borrow 3 sets saw horses, or the material and hinges to build some. shorter the better. Top board around 30, Ill work with whatever I can get though. ** Also if anyone has anything they would like to add to this, bedding, food, flea medicine, whatever. Please do. Most important, I would love some company! Man, woman, Both, you dont necessarily have to work, but I like to jabber, and you could be that ear that takes the beating. This will take awhile to build. I have a family to and cant devote all my time to it, but I will put in everything I can. I plan on posting pictures like I am doing with the rest of my projects so stay tuned to the page.
