In regards to Kansas Citys Professional sports teams (Chiefs, Royals, not really into Soccer) Ive been told I am or shouldnt be such a pessimist. Well who wouldnt be since the Royals havent had a quality team and been a contender in over a quarter of a century and with the Chiefs being in the midst of a three game losing streak and IF they make the AFC playoffs it will be as a road team and we know how that usually ends up! Thank God for Kansas Jayhawk basketball cause they rarely disappoint and even their former rivals the Missouri Tigers seem to produce a respectable football team and sometimes in basketball as well. So I guess Ill stick with my allegiance and root for teams that constantly put a quality team on the playing fields and basketball courts, well anybody but those New York Yankees!
