In yesterdays graphic I read an article titled muslim council urges prez to focus on national challenges. According to these people in a nutshell, president Mahama should focus on national issues and stop getting involved in muslim issues especially the hajj operations. And the most shocking of all is that a group who have decided to go and pray in madina for the nation should also not pray for the nation. My fellow muslims I just want to know your opinions on this and I still dont know who these muslim council are. Where were they when we were struggling with hajj operations? Is hajj operation not part of national issues? Are muslims not ghanaians? Please why should muslims not pray for Ghana? Are prayers not good for our country? And lastly where were they when president mahama went to Turkey to beg for them to come and build our masjid for us, which has taken shape and the biggest in the west Africa sub region.
