Indian Army announces recruitment for engineers. Indian Army has invited applications for filling up the post of engineers from unmarried male candidates. The interested and eligible candidates can apply by September 25. Post details: Total posts: 60 posts Post name: Engineers Disciplines: Civil: 30 posts Mechanical: 12 posts Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics: 6 posts Electronics & Telecommunication, Telecommunication, Electronics &Communication, or Satellite Communication: 6 posts Architecture or Building construction Technology: 2 posts Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Technology, or M.Sc in Computer Science or IT: 4 posts Eligibility criteria: Educational qualification: The candidates studying in the pre-final of the Engineering course in recognized universities/ institution/ colleges in the relevant subject are eligible to apply. The candidates must possess the educational qualification at the time of joining academy for training. Age limit: The candidates applying for the post should age between 18 and 24 years. Selection process: The candidates will be short listed on the basis of the screening test, physical test, medical test and interview by the Service Selection Board (SSB). Pay scale: The candidates will be paid Rs 21, 000 per month. On completion of training, they will be commissioned in the rank of Lieutenant (Lt.) and will be entitled to pay for the rank.
