Instead of my egg white omelette for lunch i sit here eating doritos and coke zero and that is okay today. Im pondering how life is short and can change so quickly. The events in the last few days hit home and i realise just how special and precious my life is. i am grateful for my amazing family and i need to tell you more, my amazing friends here and in Aus, my beautiful supportive hubby and precious girl. We all face challenges in life but need to remember the little things, to stop watch your kids as they play, laugh more and sit and day dream alittle longer. Im gonna bake something for the neighbour and make more effort to see those i dont regularly catch up. Hug your kids, laugh today and slow down life is amazing and to be lived xxx
