Insurance in NYC is crazy!!! I use to pay 100 bucks for the best full coverage in Florida ... They want almost 250.00 for similar coverage here!!! Definitely not buying the LS430 here! Not only is it more prone to Getting hit or damaged , I have to pay double to drive it! And it wont even be driven mon-friday!!!! Back to considering the LS400 or just a regular car ... As much as I love lexus I refuse to give my money away! I shall place the blame on the democrats for this as with all the high cost things in NY! THE TOLLS ARE 7.50!!!!! I use to get pissed about the tolls on 417 being 1.25 .... Smh, New York is basically a place that you pay for convience and you dont even get great stuff for the money you do spend. 8.5 percent sales tax , a police department that is funded by meter maids and a citizen group in which many dont understand the concept of working and suck the social welfare system dry. This place needs a economical and governmental revolution , its a mess physically and structurally. Smh....the city is maintained by enabling the poor and making sure people dont change classes .... Say what you want about the south , In Florida we may have some quirky citizens but overall the quality of life is ten times better then this place and Im glad I grew up there. I dont like living in a place where just to compare to everyone else you have to go to a high priced restaurant and get treated like crap because your not dressed in your Sundays best. I miss just going to a beach side restaurant in shorts and a t shirt and getting great food for good money and enjoying the beautiful coast. I like expensive things but not because of the status but the quality in craftsmanship. Here you dont pay for quality , you pay for status. People blindly give their money and enable this situation of stupidity. We as consumers control the markets but in NY the market controls you. Well thats all Ive got for today... All of this because they wanna charge me 150.00 more for full coverage on a car. This is what happens when you piss off a political science major...
