Interesting analysis of president Obamas remarks about Europe. Again Obama makes almost the same sick argument made about the violence in Ferguson, i.e. if we just make people feel more at home and meet their unspoken demands then they will stop hurting us (e.g. not hurt any Muslims feelings with cartoons and free speech that pokes fun at the ideology all too often promoted by the Islamic religion of suppressing independent thought, making women completely subservient, almost slavish, and even promoting an age old conquest of the world under Sharia law whether by force or by bullying Western nations to accommodate their Sharia law and recognize its jurisdiction as valid even when the country in question isnt an Islamic nation.) Perhaps it follows from the same wrong logic that Jimmy Carter promoted, that somehow you can negotiate and acquiesce terrorists or the ideology and political structures that foster support and sympathy for terrorism. video.foxnews/v/3993842350001/obama-urges-europe-not-to-respond-to-terrorism-with-hammer/?intcmp=related#sp=show-clips In contrast, Europe is beginning to wake up to the reality that this truly is a religious war, i.e. a war against an ideology that exists throughout Islam, that justifies violence against the Western way of life. As Glenn Beck aptly pointed out yesterday on the radio, if you have a religion where many nations identified with it have over 4% of their population seriously supporting the terrorists and the hate of the West, then that religions ideology must seriously be questioned in terms of its interpretation by a growing minority and a war must be waged to fight against the violent trends of that ideology. One good step in the war against Islam extremism has been the outlawing of wearing the Burka in public venues in France. This doesnt infringe on personal freedom to dress in other venues, e.g. at home or at a mosque, or in ones personal vehicle, but has promoted the notion of living by the laws of the country you are in and integrating with that nations customs rather than imposing your own laws and customs on that nation as a foreigner.
