Interestingly enough, Torah contains teachings regarding conditions like this that explicitly command the community to cut off contact (i.e. quarantine and treat) with afflicted peoples. By allowing this to happen in their communities and letting the plague spread, this Christian church would be guilty of sin. Faith healing is a sham, and no amount of prayer can stop an outbreak of this kind. Get some god damned sense, people. This is an outrage.
