Interim Report. Some findings by Chevaywans/Kulumbenians. This is how the MCA (UDF) for Chevaywa Ward of the County Government of Kakamega purports to have spent the 10M given to him by the County Govt throu H.E.G Hon Wycliff Oparanya Oparanya. Note, this was money for the financial year2013/2014 ending 30th June 2014. I Have used most of my time Traversing the whole Ward on a checks n balances Mission. Thanks so much to His Excellency the Governor and Hon Nabwera Nabii (CoS KKcounty) for the Funds Allocations n for your continued good work. The Voters worry here is, this posting of the projects was done by the MCAs wife Nancy Munala who is a TSC employee at Makhukhuni primary,after the Angry voters in Chevaywa Ward ganged up and angrily demanded for accountability of the 10M frm the MCA both on social media n on ground. Is she mandated by the Voters to do this!? Does it mean the MCA(UDF)is too busy for his Voters n that He cant account for the 10M by himself or Rather even be done by his Ward development Committee?#whichisindoubts? There is stil alot of confussion in the Ward coz Something Chicky stakeholders have noted n Mwanainchi has to be careful here is that When My Lugari MP Hon Ayub Savula (UDF)comes around in the Ward mostly in Air/in a Chopper n always with the MCA he still purports to have initiated the same same projects out of his 100M CDF fund. So who is who doing what here n Who is fooling who!? The two MCA/MP (UDF) have to be clear on this! The Voters wameamka n are watching. Most of the Projects listed below are still underway and even some are in their initial stages. Mark you, this was money for the financial year2013/2014 ending 30th June 2014 which is long gone and by now we ought to be focusing on projects for the nxt financial year 30june2014/30june2015. On this, My wise thinking informs me that the money must have been invested in other personal projects/Businesses immediately it was given afterwhich the profits out of those businesses are now being used in a husstle to run the listed projects for coverup. #correctmeIfimWrong.Is this how the money was to be used? A keen Verification of the said projects below and the Amounts for each project, and being done by who ie MP or MCA is stil underway an Investigation by all the Concerned Taxpayers/Residents/Voters in the Ward. #ImJustAConcernedTaxpayerResidentvoterAndnotApolitician. 1.Musemwa pry land 0.75 acres @500k, 2.Marukusi pry renovation of 2classes@400k, 3.Lukova pry 1class@710k, 4.Sitavita 1class@725k, 5.Kulumbeni sec land @450K, 6.Makhukhuni gals land 2.5 acres@980k 7.Nambalayi road 2.5m, 8.Paul Namisi-Nambilima Mkt bridge inside route 2.2m, 9.Makhukhuni pry renovation of 3classes @600k, 10.Kiliboti pry Land 400k 11.Admin fee 2% of 2M; =40k 11.land processing 100k According to me=9,605,000/= bal 395k. #ImJustAConcernedTaxpayerResidentvoterAndnotApolitician.
