International Student Advising Office of Memorial University (ISA) is currently hiring part time Airport Pickup Staff for the Fall Semester 2013. Application Deadline: Monday, August 5, 2012 Salary: $12.65 per hour Start Date: August 20, 2013 End Date: September 10, 2013 Duties include, but are not limited to: • Take welcome lunch bags and binders to greet students at the airport; • Pick up international students at the airport; • Arrange transportation for each pickup; • Inform new international students to register in the ISA; • Report each pickup shift to the international student advisor; • Able to answer questions regarding new arrival; • Able to work in the evenings and midnights; • Able to deal with emergency call. Airport pickup program is supported by the Department of Student Success Program of Memorial University. The successful candidate must be attending Memorial University as a full time student in September and is willing to work in the evenings and midnights. Mandatory training for successful candidates will be scheduled in mid-August. Please note that this position does not need you to have a car. Please include cover letter and resume in one file.
