Intertribal Ag Council sells Native grown products on their website and in their Mobile Market van. Check out their Trademark system for Indigenous foods- The Intertribal Agriculture Council (IAC) promotes the “Made/Produced by American Indians” trademark as a means to successfully and clearly identify actual American Indian products from federally recognized Tribes. The IAC started the arduous task of initial research, development, and registration of the “Made/Produced by American Indians” trademark in 1991 when the project was funded by a grant through the Administration for Native Americans. In January 1995 the United States Patent and Trademark Office finally approved the trademark. The trademark has been test marketed and is currently certified for use on three Classes and additional certifications are ongoing as the use increases. indianaglink/
