Made from grapes from Laroches Peyroli vineyard which is situated 40km north of Beziers at an altitude of 400 to 500 metres, where the days are warms and the nights cool. This huge temperature contrast between night and day and the clay limestone soil produces perfect ripeness and an elegant minerality in the grapes. Fermentation and maturation both take place in both stainless steel tanks and in French oak barrels, with 80% of the wine in the stainless steel and 20% in oak. A pale straw colour with white fruit and white blossom aromas on the nose, and a hint of spice.
