Is the present method of house to house meter reading of our Power Company done by a reading inspector still credible?...there is no guarantee that a consumer will receive fair reading even if the consumers watchdog watches side by side with the reading inspector entering the numbers into his suppose to be high tech electronic device...The Middle East Infrastructure Developments addresses this system differently through alternative design methods on Power Reading Inventories thru a more accurate, efficient design on Power Distribution Systems and Monitoring to assure the consuming public a just and fair account on this sensitive consumables...the present method of manual reading does not technically address grounds and complaints from the consuming public of doubtful or unreasonable power costs...it is a Continuing Strain on intersectoral relationships between the Government and the Consuming Public, i.e., High Power Costs vis-a-vis limited Public Consuming Budget..poor and marginal income earners with aging citizens in their care...left me thinking that I, as an individual consumer, a Senior Citizen will shoulder costs of stolen electricity or outdated distribution system...moreso, because of a doubtful, inefficient and obsolete method in meter reading...It would be suggested here and a challenge for our Power Company to consider a more accurate Techno System or Automated System of monitoring individual consumptions without Bias...meter reading not affected by Sectoral Politics..a Non-Corruptible Method in Power Meter Reading...Impossible Mission from Juan
