It has been almost 2 years since my union suspension and technically erroneous termination. It has been 7 months since the decision was reversed. It has been 6 months since I went in for reinstatement. It has been 5.5 months since they informed me that the reinstatement information they gave me was incorrect and that I would have to pay more $ It has been 4 months since I started emailing the woman who was now in charge of my case to begin that process who then never returned an email. It has been 2 months since I talked to the guy who actually sent me the application that I needed. It has now been just over 1 month since I faxed the application ( long distance of course from staples 13 pages @ 1.79) It has been 3 weeks since I re sent it sitting on the phone as it came in to confirm. .. being told it takes two business days to process. It has been two weeks since I called asking how the processing was going... then being told something is off On July 3rd I was told they were going to push it through but that everyone is going away for the 4th in 10 minutes so it wont happen until Monday After nothing happened on Monday, I called yesterday and spoke to a gentleman who very nicely told me that the office is swamped and that it would be done by the end of the day As of this morning, it is still not done. Every week for the past three months I have missed out one one day of work. In most cases being directly contacted. At 12 noon EST. Someone will be in that office. Then I am going to calmly and politely call them. And I will not get off the phone until this is done. That is item # 1.
