It has been almost two years ago that I was at a point in my life were I was headed down a path of destruction. I was nearly 300 lbs and a health mess. I have three young children and a husband I love so much. I realized if I wanted to be around to see my children grow up I needed to take a hold of my life and begin the hardest journey I would face in my life. After months and months of struggle and ups and downs and trying everything known to man to help me lose weight. I was ready to give up and just accept the fact that this was going to be my life. I was depressed and so I prayed. In my prayer time I was given a vision of myself transformed and I knew that I could do all things in Christ who strengthens me. I was able in HIS strength to begin to take off the weight. However when I was at a plateau I got frustrated and started putting it back on. I was always a yoyoer so this was nothing new for me. In the midst of another prayer I felt God speaking to me that there would be a great change coming. I am a teacher and that summer I was transferred from the school building I was in to another building in our district. I was devastated and didnt understand why God was doing this. This is not what I needed at this point and it is definitely notwhat I aske d for WHY. Well I found my Why it was so that I could meet the person that was going to change my life. This person introduced me to a life and an opportunity that would forever change me. She told me about a product called Shakeology and the Company Beachbody. The rest is history. I since then lost 160 lbs and I feel amazing. I fell in love with the company and the products. They saved my life. Because I believe in this company and their products I decided to join in their mission to end the trend of obesity in our country. And I became a coach. I believe so strongly and so deeply in Beachbody making this decision was easy but scary at the same time. However it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. It would be a sin not to share this with everyone I meet. I want everyone to feel what I feel and to feel fulfilled in every aspect of their lives. It is my turn to pay it forward and to help YOU.
