It has come to our attention that Ms. Megan Moos is actively soliciting business through Facebook and other media for a competing export isolation facility. This action is in direct violation of the non-competition clause in a legally-binding contract that Ms. Moos signed with EZ 2 Spot Ranch in 2014. Our attorney has advised her to cease and desist, however we see that she is continuing to solicit business for the other company today. Legal procedures have been initiated. If you were contacted by Ms. Moos anytime after 4 August, 2014 about shipping horses or donkeys, please take this serious legal matter under advisement before you make a commitment to ship with the company that she is promoting.
