It is every persons inherent right it is every persons inherent duty to protect themselves and their fellows from un warrented attacks upon their persons and or property. We all know that criminal elements lack a sense of righteousness, temperance morals and sane discretion. Un fortunately it is becoming more and more apparent that these same characteristics are lacking in those who have entered public servitude, especially in the public service area of protection. The lines that once clearly defined the criminal element, in many cases have become blury and difficult to discern.
