It is important for all my friends on facebook: My life is changing everyday, In 2014, I spent more time on Facebook, I spent 1460 hours (4 hours each day), browsing updates and occasionally setting up ... My time is valuable to me and to my family. I have decided to stop using social networking sites such as Facebook, twitter and VK. After this day is gone, my email is the best way to communicate, Ive just finished setting up a new email address: anwar.cogneuro@gmail. In 2014, i have stopped drinking (tea, coffee and cola), Ill do the same thing on facebook. i will stop using facebook. Look up :) Kind regards Anwar Saïd
