It is plan b time. With a pulled hamstring my cardio options are limited. So its riding the bike and elliptical machine time for me. I think maybe the StairMaster will be ok. I worked hard all winter to get my cardio conditioning up to point to were I can run 10 miles easily without wanting to die. The focus will be maintaining my hard fought for conditioning for the next 6 weeks while my hamstring heals. Have a great day today my Facebook family.
