It sure warmed quickly today as the High reached 54 !! Another ARCTIC COLD FRONT will approach. We will see some Light Rain & Snow Showers late tonight and into Monday. Then it will change to Snow Showers. Again amounts will be on the light side except over some of the Higher Elevations. Temperatures will FALL Monday after reaching the Mid 30s and winds will be very brisk. Late Monday Night we will see Wind Chills of -5 to -15 across much of the area. Again thats how cold it feels, Not how cold it actually is. By Tuesday Morning, with a Low in Knoxville of 7 and winds in the area, Wind Chills will be dangerously cold..well below zero. We will struggle to reach 20 degrees on Tuesday with sunshine. Wednesday Morning Knoxville is currently expecting to reach 3 !!!!! Sunny Wednesday with Highs again only in the Mid -Upper 20s. After bitter cold temperatures early Thursday, we should get above freezing by Thursday afternoon. A change in the Jet Stream (Upper Air Winds) should bring us a warming trend by late week and next weekend. We may approach 50 degrees by next Saturday & Sunday.
