It very rarely occurs to me how much of an impact my actions have on other people. Today as Im setting up my tables a guy walks up to me and says, A year ago you pulled me out of a snow bank at the Franklin Gun show. I wanted to say thank you again. It was no big deal, glad I could help! ( I would have done it for anybody and never given it a second thought. As a matter of fact I barely recalled this time because to me I was just helping someone out, not a big deal). He then begins to explain to me that shortly after setting up for the gun show he got a call that his mother had gone in to the hospital. He quickly packed up and left in a rush and managed to get stuck in the snow in the process. Someone else had asked me if I would pull him and out and I said no problem. It ends up his mother ended up passing away, and an act so simple had such an effect on him that a year later he recognized me and just had to say thank you again!!
