It was somewhat of a long day for Dadrian today but he says it seemed to go by fast. I might beg to differ but I surely wont complain! We started in clinic, had labs drawn (by poke) because PICC line was being finicky and would only push but not pull (draw) he did get a small dose of anti-clog meds to lossen up a bit of build up of (fiber) possibly causing the line to only push. He did draw after that so it did work well. His dressing was changed and site looked good. He also had an echo & ekg both done and he said that was relaxing;) Will probably hear on those tomorrow. His levels were just above what they needed to be to start chemo and so we were then admitted. We worked on a puzzle he received as a gift from the clinic & Stefan brought him the PS4 and stayed a few hours with him. He took a bath and started chemo around 8 and is resting well now. This young boy right here is such a living testimony of Gods love for us. The courage to fight, keeping such a great attitude, never complaining & also keeping us on our toes in making sure that if anything even comes close to slipping our minds, he is sure that it doesnt happen. Although my heart is full of worry I feel so blessed that we have so much love and support to get each of us, especially Dadrian, through!
