It would seem obvious there is a problem with the Affordable Care Act not in the actual program but in the people behind the scenes. Case in point: we are a digital Nation we have so many programmed areas of government. Licenses branch, Social Security, the IRS all ran by computer with few problems we also have Banks, Stores, even your gas pump is on the grid. I am being told the A.C.A. is not being Sabotaged from inside Washington DC? Whoowee!!! now how many out there is that gullible? We Americans should be far more concerned about how this Sabotage is affecting all our daily routines, if they can totally control ACA unabated how about your gas pump, and bank accounts, are they this knowingly and willingly being allowed to even steal half a cent it would put billions of dollars a day in someones pockets. That is whos sabotaging America, not the Affordable Care Act. Wake up people you are being robbed daily, not by the Government! But by just a few individuals in power.
