Its Monday and I have to say the last couple of weeks my Mondays have left me feeling a little overwhelmed and I am left wondering how I will get through the week as it seems like there is just way too much to do, not enough time and also I dont feel as energised as usual. I know you may get sick of hearing this, but my training really helps me to deal with feeling overwhelmed, anxious, on edge and even lacking energy. I find even an easy training session will make my day more productive, I will eat better and I am more organised because I start the day with me time. I do struggle with the motivation to train in these weeks but I also know that if I take out my exercise the week will feel even longer. As we begin December and the festive month - how do you stay on top of things and what do you do to look after yourself?
