Its always amazing how *little* you have to do in the gym to get results, as long as youre consistent and keep things simple. Kim just blasted off 8 inches in her first month at HS and went from 0-10 full push ups. Her program consisted of just 2 hours of full body strength training per week, walking on her off days and eating MORE protein. Losing fat doesnt have to and *shouldnt* mean feeling miserable, deprived or exhausted!
