Its been a busy week at the Brewpub! Head Brewer Tim has been working on a special release for American Craft Beer Week. Beach Peach Ale is gonna be a 45 IBU Amber Ale brewed with caramel wheat, among other caramel malts, lending a bready malt character with floral and fruity notes and hints of graham cracker. This beer is hopped with centennial then finished with loads of locally grown UF Sun peaches from King Family Farm! A good day in the sun at the beach is very inviting, but stay too long and you may end up as red as this beer!
