☆Its been exactly 1 year since loosing my Pops. A lot of things have happened since then. I bought a house in TX and moved there to continue our business. I got pretty serious with a pretty awesome girl. I paid off all of our family bills/debts etc. There have been a lot of positives. Yet, life feels slightly empty. Even though we constantly butted heads, I loved my old man more than he ever realized. Im glad I was able to spend his last 5 days with him. Against everyone begging me, I didnt eat at all during that time, since he couldnt, and just held onto his hand and told him I loved him as much as I could. To me, it was the least I could do for all of the sacrifices he made for us. I just wish he had more time to enjoy life and his successes. In the end I realized TIME was everything; its the one thing you cant buy or get back, so I encourage everyone to spend time wisely.... make memories with your loved ones, especially with the upcoming holidays.
