Its easy to forget about bodyweight training, but that doesnt mean you should. Its a great tool to have, and can be thrown in to any plan as a phase, if you are trying to look good naked. Look at gymnast, youd be crazy to think they werent strong, or had decent physiques. I found a great article by strength coach Jason Ferruggia on the topic.
