Its finally here! American Craft Beer Week starts today! MONDAY, MAY 12TH We kick off American Craft Beer Week with the Official Release Party for Cycler’s Brewing - Domestique French Oak Wit, a Belgian Wit beer that traditionally has a slight citrus taste along with the Coriander, bitter orange, and Lavender that’s added to it. They played with the idea of taking a lighter craft beer and working to give it a more elegant appeal. So they used medium toasted French Oak to age this beer and the end result was a darker color, a much smoother and slightly, yes slightly buttery finish.
