Its hard to believe that winter break is over and Jordan and I go back to school tomorrow. We did NOT have the vacation we planned, we didnt go to Arizona or to Las Vegas as scheduled. Instead, a freak accident occurred and I lost my husband, my partner and the incredible father to our children. Now Dave wont have to suffer the physical decline from ALS and wont have to face the path he was dreading. My family is grateful for the love and support we have received from hundreds of people both near and far. We have reconnected with people from our past under these unfortunate circumstances. Our friends and family have been incredible and we will need your continued presence in our lives as we move forward. We are taking baby steps as we figure out our lives without Dave. We have not been able to respond to all of the phone calls, texts and emails that we have received, but please know that we appreciate the thoughts from each and every person who has reached out to us.
