Its hard to explain to those that dont know, What its like to want to end your life and just let go, There is no thought no care for others or you, There is no hope, no light no thought that the bad can undo. There is no feeling just a blank mind and a body thats numb, Its not selfish or stupid, idiotic or dumb, Its a time that is dark as dark that can be, Your eyes are opened but their is nothing you can see. The imperative action that needs to be immediately taken, Is reach out for help when the signs your heading this way arent mistaken, Prevention is the biggest key to these dark dark times, For there is help and hope that you must see in your minds. Medication and doctors may not be a favorite choice, Or talking about things, even hearing your own voice, But these things are simply tools of assistance, To help you see hope and provide you persistence. They may Piss you off and make you deal with what you feel u dont need, But getting help isnt shameful it can be the root to your seed, Prevention helps you grow and sprout out of your space, It opens new doors and brings light on your face. Sometimes we must do the things that we fear, To ensure we can help ourselves get our arse into gear, For it is up to us to take the steps to help our own soul, So please do what is right for you and set yourself that prevention goal!!
