Ive been asked a lot lately how good of shape you need to be in to do my bootcamp classes. My answer is always the same: you can start at ANY fitness level - its your COMMITMENT level that will make all the difference. No fitness program is easy - it will take your body and mind time to adapt to the physical demands you are placing on it. However, if you stick with the program you will change in ways you never dreamed possible! Can you perform the workouts? ABSOLUTELY!! Every workout we do can be modified to your ability level and the best part is that you always work at your own pace, rest when you need to, and still finish at the same time as everyone else in the class. The workouts are challenging but youll feel like SUPERWOMAN when youre done! Commit to atleast 2 days a week for a month and youll create the habit - thats the easy part. The hardest part is getting started so JUST DO IT!!
