Ive been saying this 2015 sinister budgeting wherein the biggest beneficiary is the LGU, billions of budget insertions spread across different government department/agencies and consolidation will take place at middle of 2015 and distribution to beneficiaries will start last quarter of the same year until the 2016 presidential election/campaign period.It has been earmarked that each LGU (municipalities & cities) has an allotted 2-3 figures in millions of Pesos, and these architects/corrupt government officials labeled & identified it as Local Government Development Fund Assistance.Only a handful of concerned political analysts & bystanders paid attention and most likely others were just waiting on the side to ride on the bandwagon of looters and opportunists in cahoots with oligarchs supporters of the Yellow machine.Initially (as exposed year ago as one-liner in other newspaper, while everybody have a hang-up on Napoles fiasco) it was only one-figure in Millions of pesos, each LGU then ballooned to amount as speculated, as evidenced by the trillions of 2015 Budget.Seems that and its inevitable that well be facing the economic collapse & political turmoil in year 2016 & beyond due to unprecedented corruption that will take place (beyond the altitude of whats happening now) and it could be the most disastrous in the annals of economic and political history of our beloved nation. Hoping that it will not be as disastrous as if four Yolanda typhoons coming from all four directions simultaneously landed on our archipelago.
