Ive been thinking about Obamacare and I am tired of the debate. I have never seen a debate where facts were irrelevant to either side. Liberals want it to work so the problems are a hiccup. The conservatives want it to fail so every problem is the end of the world. I wish we discuss issues in their full complexity rather than through out BS arguments. With that said, I am more and more against Obamacare but not for the reasons people might think. I believe there will be unintended consequences as government creates an imbalance between the supply and demand for medical care. Also, as hospitals are forced to provide services for which they will not get paid, I see there being hospitals that go bankrupt. I still think it is a moral obligation for a country to figure out how to provide adequate healthcare to people in a way that wont bankrupt those that need care or us, the taxpayers.
