Ive been watching all these business rescue reality shows. What happens is a real successful entrepreneur sets up camp in a local business undercover to see what is really going on. Then they give the Leadership and associates a reality Check. They then invest their own time and Money to help Relaunch the business. All the while they have critics and hatred up till the end. I wonder if we could apply that same exercise to struggling Churches and Ministries. When a person with experience and success comes in our midst we should rub shoulders with that individual and see what we can learn. Unfortunately we turn on them and cling to what Dave Ramsey calls Insanity. doing the same thing and expecting a different result. Change is Good if you are stuck in a Rut call on Jesus he will rescue your situation. If your ministry is in a rut seek help from outside sources. If you were successful you would still need to sharpen you tools.
