Ive got to let this out, 3rd week at being head chef and tbh its been hard theres been ups and down and its been scary but I cant thank my colleagues enough especially my amazingly talented sous chef Rebecca Room my right hand :-) and all the staff for being so friendly and giving me a warm welcome , tonights service was amazing , had the biggest compliment tonight , turns out a customer ate at jamie Olivers restaurant last week , come here tonight ordered the same and our meal blew his away nothing but compliments from every customer, so proud of the team :-)
