Ive have never been at 100% true peace in my life until now. My 40s started off pretty shitty but has changed so much in 1.5 years. The 7 year relationship with two absolutely awesome step sons ended. (Thank you god for the experience of fatherhood). Anyhow I was battling depressing and bipolar didnt help. I used to go to the VA but their counseling didnt help. November of last year I met a hypnotherapist name Kristen. I was pretty reserved but still willing to talk with her. [ If we arent open minded to change then we will always be stuck or idle ]. Since working with Kristen Luman both my life and way of thinking have changed. Kristen has been a blessing, truly she has. I now truly believe that everything in happens for a reason; good and bad. Kristen and I started working together in Nov 13. She has shown me how to self reflect & become more patient. Kristen has been a true blessing in helping me start a new positive chapter in my life. I am very content, dont have one ounce of regret and living one day at a time not feeling depressed. God brought her into my life to show me that I can become the person I want to be; that happiness does start within. She has helped me regain my confidence and believe in myself again. Kristen you are an amazing person. On a professional level I couldnt ask for a better person to work with. Thank you to all my friends & family who have been there to talk to me this past year even if it was making jokes thru PM.
