Ive set a BIG goal for myself this year. Over the last year and half, Ive lost and maintained my weight loss and Ive strengthened my body and improved my cardio endurance. At one point in time, I was nervous to do some things because I injured my knee when I was 19 and I would be afraid to hurt myself again. But my knee doesnt limit what I can do or control my confidence in what activities I can participate in. Im stronger now and I understand how important training and having proper form is. Soooo this August... IM RUNNING IN MY FIRST HALF MARATHON!!! 13 miles--Im thrilled at the challenge!!!
