JOB OPENING: Office Manager/Events Coordinator Women’s Fund of Long Island is looking for an intelligent, savvy, and well-spoken full-time Office Manager/Events Coordinator. Successful candidates are at ease working in a small, fast-paced office, are equally comfortable taking initiative and taking direction, possess a positive attitude and a collaborative and self-directed work style. Candidates must be organized, detail and deadline oriented, enthusiastic and engaged in what they do. Strong MS Office and interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize job duties are essential. Candidates must be organized with strong time management skills. Sense of humor required. Responsibilities include: • Database management (GiftWorks) including inputting and extracting reports • Maintain office systems and equipment including: telephone, copier, and computers • Oversee the administrative details of all WFLI events and coordinating journal ads, volunteers, committee meetings and act as a liaison to sponsors, honorees, and vendors • Interact and communicate with donors, Board, staff, and vendors • Supervise interns Please submit a cover letter, resume, salary requirements and responses to the questions below to [email protected].
