~JOHN UPDATE~ ~Eryne CF Shan Update~ Brains. Seems those in California are having a rough day today. Pray for Eryne. Shes okay but its just been a difficult day. John and Andrew safely arrived! No obvious symptoms indicating Johns brain swelled during the flight. It seems perhaps I didnt do a good job conveying Johns symptoms to Ashton, she was more than a little overwhelmed at the airport. Its hard on these poor kids. Sometimes I wonder how much anyone can go through before they break in two. I guess we will have to find out. At least John is close to the hospital and surgeon in case of an emergency. I cant help but think stress has played a huge roll in this. Like it or not CF is still at work in our lives. Life is funny. Who would have ever guessed we would ever say we were glad Jordan wasnt here to have to go through this. We know exactly how she would have reacted because its what she did when John had a heart attack in 2009. She literally cried for three days and to the day she died blamed herself for causing it. I could not convince her it had nothing to do with her. I honestly think if she were here it would kill her. I just wish no one ever had to die. Im signing off now, I suddenly got a little overwhelmed. Prayers for John? And Eryne? And Ashton, Andrew and Sam?
